ALL of the graphics we sell are considered **special order** items due to the custom nature of our products. Because of this factor, once they are produced, they are not resalable! For that reason, under these circumstances, we will not accept returns because you do not like the graphics you ordered! Please read the note below.

For the reasons stated above, we will not accept returns simply because you change your mind when you receive them! Something to think about... If you were to take your vehicle to an Auto Body shop to be painted, then when you, go to pick up your car didn't like it. Do you think the Auto Body shop would refund you? Of course not, because the paint is no longer resalable, just as most custom made to order items, are NOT resalable!
So, we will not accept returns, or give refunds if you change your mind about the graphics, please be sure that what you order is what you actually want!
Our computer monitors are Pantone calibrated. However, due to customer's individual variations in monitor color settings, colors may not be accurately represented to you in our online color chart pictures. Therefore, colors shown are a representation of the actual vinyl color, and should be considered, and used as a reference only. You can request an actual color chart of the colors we have available.
If you purchase graphics from us, and make your selection using the charts on our website, we will not accept returns, or give refunds, if you don’t like the color of the graphics you actually receive, for the reasons outlined above! If you have any doubts regarding colors, we would recommend that you request a color chart, request color samples, or look at colors at your local sign shop, and then supply us with the brand, and color code for the color you would like.
This is something we do not hear very often. However, when we do hear it, we find it very frustrating! The reason we find this so frustrating, is that we usually hear this statement from someone whom has an incorrect understanding of graphic vinyl films!
By definition, for a graphic film to be thin (like a trash bag etc.), it has to be Cast Vinyl! Cast Vinyl films, often referred to as high performance vinyl films are usually 2mil thick, these cast vinyl films supplied to us by 3M, Orafol, Avery, Arlon, are the thinnest films, and are also the highest performance films with a 7-12 year durability.
Thicker films (3 mil and thicker) tend to be of the Calendered Vinyl type, often referred to as economy, or intermediate vinyl. Calendered vinyl films are prone to shrinking, cracking, and have a much shorter durability rating (1-6 years). The reason for this is due to the extrusion process it goes through when manufactured. So the calendered vinyl film is always trying to return to its pre-extrusion state.
The exception to this rule is often wrap vinyl, wrap cast vinyl films tend to be thicker 3mil-5mil. However, the durability of wrap vinyl films is also less than that of High Performance 2mil Graphic Films, typically 3-5 years!
That being said, we have heard from a couple of clients that they have been to “Wrap Shops” and the “Wrap Shop”, has told them that the vinyl is thin, not as thick as the stuff they use, etc. etc. Things to remember: -
- We are not selling wraps, we are producing, and selling Precision Cut Vinyl Graphics. - Wraps are usually installed dry, rather than wet, and wrap material has different properties in the adhesive, that allows for repositioning. Which is why “Wrap Shops” like Wrap Class Vinyl. - Wraps, usually are designed as temporary signage for vehicles, or temporary color changes, thus have a shorter life!
So you either want high quality Vinyl Graphics, that will last the life of your vehicle (as do OEM graphics), or you can go to a wrap shop, and get a temporary wrap.
Either way, we do not, and will not sell graphics made from Cheap Vinyl, Calendered Vinyl, or Thick Vinyl.
We only produce products made from High Performance, American made, Cast Vinyl Films. Which, are usually 2mil.
We are only human and we do indeed sometimes make mistakes! As much as we would like to be, we are not perfect!
That being said, you requested Proofs of your graphics to be emailed to you prior to production and shipping, went through this process, and approved the design we sent you. If you receive a different design, or totally different color, than that in the final proof email you approved, then we will, upon the return of the complete incorrect graphics kit, at our cost, replace the graphics kit with the correct design and/or color
However, we will not give refunds, only exchanges, at our cost. If you would like a refund, you will be subject to a restocking fee.
Prior to shipping graphics, we photograph them for our records! Upon receipt, all items should be inspected for defects or damage and "dry fitted" prior to being installed. General Installation instructions provided should be followed completely. Although you can do it yourself, getting your items professionally installed is always an option. All reasonable attempts should be made for proper installation before making a return claim. It is our sole discretion to authorize returns for credit or exchange.
The products we offer are guaranteed to be free of defects. Read all materials and disclaimers before starting installation to avoid what could be considered a "defect" in your product. No replacement consideration will be given if the end customer and installer fails in reading these materials and thus causes a "defect" in the product.
Before each item is shipped, stringent quality control methods are used to ensure the quality of each item. In the rare event that a defect is found, please email us a minimum of two (2) digital photos of the defect, along with a detailed description, USING THIS FORM. We will make an investigation of the defect and contact you for resolution.
WARNING ABOUT "BODY SHOP" INSTALLATIONS : Using a Collision Center, Auto Body Shop, or any such business will void all warranties on any vinyl graphic post installation, because of negligence in installation skills. No "defective" vinyl graphic product will be considered if a Body Shop was used for installation. Please contact us for assistance finding skilled installers in your area prior to installation of any vinyl graphic product.
The following are not considered defects:
• Creases in the installed vinyl.
• Tears in the Installed vinyl.
If, upon opening, and inspection of your received graphics kit/s, you notice that there is a piece missing, please take complete pictures of what you did receive, and contact us immediately.
We will then verify with our photographic records, and send you any missing pieces immediately.
Missing pieces are not grounds for a refund!
We provide High Performance, Hi Quality Vinyl Graphics and stand by our products, and hope you are very pleased with your purchase. So in the unlikely event that a return is requested, please consider these terms:
When you see that package arrive, please be responsible!
When you receive your item/s, please open the package and inspect the items upon delivery. Packages that appear to be damaged should be immediately reported to the freight carrier, and you should contact us immediately. Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. Claims are to be made by the customer immediately, by contacting us, and the carrier. We, nor Shipping carriers will not honor late claims.
All items received should be inspected for defects or damage and "dry fitted" prior to being installed.
General Installation instructions provided should be followed completely. Although you can do it yourself, getting your items professionally installed is always an option. All reasonable attempts should be made for proper installation before making a return claim. It is our sole discretion to authorize returns for credit or exchange.
No products will be accepted for return or exchange without a Return Product Authorization number.
Acceptable Reason(s) for Return.
Product Defect (requires picture[s] of defect).
Incorrect graphics kit. (Only applies if you went through the Proof, and Design Approval Process).
What you received, clearly does not match what you order, and is on your receipt.
Unacceptable Reason(s) for Return.
Changed your mind.
Spouse is Threatening to Leave due to Your Purchase.
Don’t Like; Product Not What Expected.
No Longer Have Vehicle, Sold It.
Took Too Long to Ship.
• All returns must have pre-authorization and be accompanied by an RPA number.
• Any returns without an RPA number will be refused.
• No returns allowed after 3 days from delivery date.
• Merchandise must be returned at customers expense.
• There are NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES for vinyl that has already been installed, no exceptions!
• Products must be sealed, unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Refunds, if approved, is applicable to the complete graphics kit returned and not any delivery costs incurred.
